The 2008 Scholarship Application window is closed.

The Scholarship nominees will be announced at the Philadelphia General Meeting, 3-4 July 2008.

The 2009 Scholarship Application Process will open up the first part of 2009.

We are frequently asked the amount of the scholarship awards. We cannot give a specific response because there are two variables we cannot forecast. The first is the number of qualified applicants that apply each year. The second is the amount of income the Scholarship fund will have available in a given award period.

2009 DSDI Scholarship Information

In order to participate in this scholarship program, you must be a member of DSDI.  If you are a descendant of a Signer, but not a member, you must apply for membership and be approved by the Registrar-General before the Spring 2009 Meeting.  To obtain information about membership, please go to the Membership link.  Application forms and instructions are at this link.  Please follow the instructions carefully and start the process now so you can be approved in time for the scholarship awards.  The deadline for membership application will be posted in the latter part of 2008.

If you are a Senior Annual Member, your dues must be current.  If you are interested in converting to a Senior Life status, contact the Registrar-General at registrar@dsdi1776.com.

If you are a Junior Annual Member, you will need to convert to Senior status on your 18th birthday.  Contact the Registrar-General at registrar@dsdi1776.com to complete this process.
