2021 Princeton Meeting

We have rescheduled the meeting to April 16 – 18, 2021, with great hopes all will be fine by then. We do appreciate everyone of the vendors we worked with for their willingness to work with us on this new plan. We also appreciate our members for being very kind to this hostess as she worked to get everything moved. A big thank you to Johnny Alexander for preparing and getting all the refund checks sent out for those who did plan to attend this spring.
We are excited that we were able to move all parts of the Princeton meeting to the new dates. We hope this will be a fun meeting in Princeton and Hopewell, N.J. April 16 – 18, 2021. Our headquarters hotel will be the Nassau Inn in Princeton, ideally located in downtown Princeton at Palmer Square. You will have the Princeton campus, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance of our hotel. Invitations will be mailed in the Fall.
DSDI members will have the capability to book their own reservation by either of the following two methods: by calling the Reservation Department at 1-800 (862)-7728 and using the Booking ID 26140 or through their website using the following link:

If using the website, the individual guest will need to click on “the “GROUPS” tab, and when asked for their “ATTENDEE CODE”, they must enter their Booking ID, which is 26140
*NOTE – Right now it is easiest to book online since hotel is still at very short staffing and some who answer the phones aren’t aware of our event coming up next Spring.
The block is for April 14 – April 18, 2021 to enable those traveling to come early. Our room block is for 20 rooms, priced at $179 for a standard room and $279 for a suite, plus taxes. Room will go quickly!
If the Nassau Inn block is booked and you need other area hotels, here are some to consider:
· The Peacock Inn (a B & B) 0.2 miles from the Nassau Inn
· Hyatt Regency Princeton 2.1 miles from the Nassau Inn
· Courtyard by Marriott Princeton 1.9 miles from the Nassau Inn
· Homewood Suites by Hilton Princeton 1.9 miles from the Nassau Inn.
(We do NOT currently have a block at these places; it is up to members to select and make your own arrangements.)
Getting to Princeton
The Newark and Philadelphia airports are about the same distance from the Nassau Inn. The Nassau Inn recommends traveling to the Newark NJ airport because of easy transportation to the hotel. From Newark airport there is the New Jersey Transit train, which is the most convenient way to get to Princeton from the airport. The ride takes 40-45 minutes, (you will be departing at Princeton Junction) where you will connect to a train that takes 5 minutes to get to Princeton. Shuttle service and limousine services are also available. Details about transportation to hotel will be included in the invitation.
