Past President General Bruce Laubach attended the Eagle Charge of Scouting America’s (formerly BSA) Troop 414 of Norge, Virginia, on May 4. During the Eagle Charge, he presented certificates of recognition from the DSDI for achieving the rank of Eagle at the Fellowship Hall of Upper County Park St. Olaf Catholic Church.

The deadline to submit an application for the DSDI scholarship is Friday, March 21. Does the scholarship chair have your transcript(s)? Are both letters of recommendation submitted?
