Governor At Large Attends Plaque Dedication in Noblesville, Indiana
On July 26, Governor at Large and Signers Wives Biographies and Plaques Chair Dr. Shirley Hunter Smith had the privilege of laying a DSDI wreath at the dedication of a plaque honoring the 15 known Revolutionary War patriots buried in Hamilton County, Indiana. The monument is in the county seat of Noblesville.
