Paying by Credit or Debit Without a PayPal Account

You can still pay for registration fees, membership fees, and contributions using a debit or credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Because PayPal wants to add accounts to their service, opting out is a little tricky. We’ve tried to make it easier with these step-by-step instructions.

1. Do not enter an email or mobile number in the box on the first screen. Instead, click on the white “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button.
   
2. On the second screen, enter any email address and click on the “Continue to Payment” button. Some email providers will allow you to create throwaway email addresses that you could use for this purpose if you don’t want to use your usual email address.
   
3. Complete your payment information on the third screen and scroll down until you see the blue button. If you don’t want to create a PayPal account, click on the control next to “Save info & create your PayPal account” and the blue button should change to say “Pay Now.”
