We had a lovely gathering in Stovall, North Carolina, to dedicate the plaque to Susanne Lyne Penn, wife of Signer John Penn, on September 9, 2023. DSDI North Carolina Governor Sheryll Albert organized our event, and it was attended by about 40 people, eight of which were DSDI members and six who were John Penn descendants.
